About Us
Built on Trust. Backed by Results.
Carpet Rescue was founded by Northeast Ohio locals who believed professional cleaning should be honest, reliable, and affordable for every home and business.
Who We Are
Our Story
Carpet Rescue started with a simple frustration: too many cleaning companies that overpromised, underdelivered, and left customers with soggy carpets and surprise charges. Our founder, a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, set out to do things differently.
What began as a one-truck operation serving Medina County has grown into a trusted team covering five counties — Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga, Ashland, and Wayne. We've cleaned thousands of homes and businesses, and our reputation has been built one satisfied customer at a time.
We're not a franchise. We're your neighbors. Every job we take on reflects our name, and we take that seriously.
Honest Pricing
No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. You get a clear quote before we start, and that's what you pay.
On-Time Arrival
We respect your schedule. Our technicians arrive in the promised window — every time.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you're not happy with the results, we'll come back and make it right. No questions asked.
Community First
We live and work in Northeast Ohio. Supporting our neighbors isn't a marketing line — it's how we operate.
